Leics County Council Grade 10 points 23-26 : Salary £27,936 – 31,377 pro-rated (actual salary £24,610.29)

The Odyssey Educational Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, highly self-motivated and positive minded Services Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will manage Trust governance, Health, Safety, facilities and HR operational matters, in addition to the administration team, site management and ancillary staff to ensure that these support the Chief Executive and the Trust Board and that resources and facilities best meet the needs of our pupils, who are at the heart of everything we do.

We require a skilled, pro-active and approachable manager and team leader, committed to excellence, with a proven track record of successful development and innovation/improvement in the delivery of Trust–wide systems and procedures, evidence of which will be required. Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, staff management and communication skills and experience are essential together with evidence of the ability to work under guidance or on their own initiative as required. High level experience in all areas of the Job Description will be necessary. Sound knowledge of Trust governance ESFA requirements is also required. Proven IT skills requirements include use and application of school based software and systems (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, SIMS .Net, FMS, Parent Mail, CPOMs and other bespoke software).
